Note: I’m a big proponent of it’s not so much about the substance or the tool, but the user at play. That doesn’t mean go try crack or heroin; but, we live in a society where major drugs, whether it be substances of mind numbing content like pornography or content online that tells says you are not enough, is accessible at a tap of your finger. Take responsibility for your life and do not be at the whim of massive corporations and influences telling you what to do with your body.

If you feel you are addicted to any of these compounds, especially alcohol, please contact your local AA or NA organizations for help. You are better off checking yourself into a rehabilitation center and doing the work versus hoping this problem leaves you.
